How many days do I have to return my order?
You can request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes. You can request an exchange for any available ROUIS product of equal or higher value. If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
Is exchange shipping free?
Yes. Shipping for an eligible exchange is free.
How much does a return cost?
A flat ₹100 return shipping fee applies to refund returns. This fee is not applicable to eligible exchanges.
How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
What condition must my product be in?
Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
